Ignite Student Ministries exists to make adult disciples by igniting the flames of passion for following Jesus Christ in our students’ formative years.

 

Our key verses are 2 Timothy 1:6-7 “This is why I remind you to fan into flames the spiritual gift God gave you when I laid my hands on you. For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power. Love, and self-discipline.”

 

We do this by meeting regularly for food, fellowship, Bible study, and prayer with 6th-12th graders. We meet every Sunday at 9:30am and every Wednesday from 6:30-7:30pm in the youth room of the Family Life Center at Northside Memorial Baptist Church. We also meet Sunday nights during the school year for discipleship groups where we talk about various topics relating to the Christian faith from 5:30-7pm.
